The Sanilac Sportsman's Club began in the mid-1970s and today has around 115 members on 40 acres just outside Deckerville. We're a member-run club focused on shooting sports, hunting, and getting families and kids outdoors.
Ranges
Pistol Range
Up to 30 yards, metal and movable paper targets. Free for members.
Rifle Range
Up to 200 yards, with backstops at 50, 100, 150, and 200 yards. Free for members.
400 Yard Range
A dedicated long-distance rifle range for members looking to stretch their range.
Archery Range
Fixed-distance paper and 3D targets for practicing your form.
3D Archery Range
A bow course set up through the woods, with 3D targets from small to large game.
Trap Shooting
Weekly trap shoots - check the calendar for the current schedule.
All ranges are handicap accessible, and members have access during daylight hours.
The Clubhouse
Our clubhouse holds about 100 people and is handicap accessible, with a full kitchen and plenty of counter space. Outside there's a baseball field, horseshoes, volleyball, basketball, and swing sets - it's a popular spot for reunions, graduations, and birthdays.
